I don't have the resources for surveys.  However, Linux seems to fit the 
rule that users of the most common OS forget to say which it is.

I would say that only enthusiasts use ntpd on Windows.  The vast 
majority of IT managers will use w32time.  Again, I can't provide actual 
figures.

The vast majority of end users will use whatever comes out of the box.
