[ntp:questions] Local clock - sync issue

Connectivity is fine to the ntp servers, if I restart ntpd it starts syncing with an external clock immediately. This article could be the fix:

Your billboard output shows that ntpd isn't able to reach any of the
servers you have listed in the configuration file.  See if you can ping
them, and check your firewall settings.
