Try something like:
ntpq -clas -clpe -c "rv &0" -c "rv &1" -c "rv &2" -c "rv &3" -c "rv &4" -c "rv &5" -c "rv &6" -c "rv &7" -c "rv &8" -c "rv &9" -c "rv &10" -c "rv &11" -c "rv &12" -c "rv &13" -c "rv &14" -c "rv &15" -c "rv &16" -c "rv &17" -c "rv &18" -c "rv &19" -c "rv
&20" -c "rv &21" -c "rv &22" -c "rv &23" -c "rv &24" -c "rv &25" -c "rv &26" -c "rv &27" -c "rv &28" -c "rv &29"

 and look at the filtoffset(s)
