Only one out of the last eight polls returned any data; that is not 
enough.  It is also weird, as all the servers seem to have the same 
problem (reachability 01000000 binary.

Your delays are also high for modern network connections, possibly 
reflecting the use of worldwide servers, rather than ones close in 
network terms.
