So far as I know my GPS reception hasn't been affected by the
jamming. The locations for the jamming excercises seem to be
in remote areas.

Both GPS and MSF reception was out during November 2010, and
from January through March 2011 due to weather conditions.
The reasons are similar despite the differences in
frequencies.
