Again, does this mean he has one operating system per computer, or are
there virtual servers involved. Also again, it is extremely suspicious
that the roundrip delay is .19ms, while the offset is 10s of ms. Ntpd
should control the time to better than the delay at the very least, and
there certainly should not be variations in the offset greater than the
delay.
