[ntp:questions] logs not populating

Here is my configuration file

  server 158.43.128.66 iburst
     server 81.168.77.149 iburst
     server 130.88.200.4 iburst
     restrict 127.0.0.1

     driftfile /status/etc/ntp/ntp.drift
     logfile /var/log/ntp.log

     broadcastdelay 0.008
     enable monitor

I'm talking about ntp.log. Here is the current log file

It stopped reporting 4 days ago. clock is still synchronised.
I cannot update to latest version yet.

I haven't tried rebooting the whole system yet.
