Srinivas,

I think you may be making things too complicated.  I would suggest 
install NTP, and follow the very simple checks described here:

   http://www.satsignal.eu/ntp/setup.html#check

If you get problems which are not covered in the troubleshooting 
section, come back here and ask.  Note that NTP is designed to work with 
several time servers, so use the pool command as described here:

   http://www.satsignal.eu/ntp/setup.html#pool

With just two servers, NTP will never know which is correct!  Would you?
