You can skim over these past few months on the time-nuts list. There's lots of threads with discussion on ARM, Beaglebone, Rasberry
Pi, etc... for GPS based NTP servers...

I currently have about eight GPS based Soekris Net4501's running. Using either UT+ or M12+T GPS modules... Everything was sourced
from eBay for cheap. I run NanoBSD on a CF card (It's a slimmed down FreeBSD 7)... I've never bothered with trying to tinker with
newer hardware, I figure why try to reinvent the wheel.
