I was referring to his current Copernicus II, which also seems to support Static 2-D position hold mode, TRAIM, and runs from a 16.384MHz+/-5kHz TCXO +/-60ns, so pretty decent for the money.

Looked at that, pretty nice, but holdover is only specced up to 300s, +/-7us for 60s, so +/-117ppb: YMMV depending on antenna quality, location, and sky view, LNA and cable length matching to receiver optimum, and cable delay compensation accuracy.
