Guys,

ntp-dev is about to become ntp-stable.

Is it worth changing this in ntp-stable that is about to become
obsolete?

I can see both sides and I'll mull it over.  If anybody feels like
commenting, please do so.  And sooner or later the answer will be "that
is a bug that was fixed in a later release".
