Folks,

Sorry, this should have been sent to the mailing list, but I had a 
conflicting alias that had been created instead.  I think it was a 
result of the work I did to take over handling of mail for ntp.org 
from maccarony, but I can't be sure.

I have a fix under test. I'm hammering away at ntpd from two different systems
to try and put as much a load on it as possible. I did this in ntp-stable 4.2.4
RC2 and it can be added to ntp-dev afterwards.
