  FORWARDED TO B2 NET Problem Severity:    High

  (Low/Medium/High/Critical)  Problem Description:

  ------------------------------------------------ The event log of

  the QFS server reports the error messages below on a regular basis

  During the time period that the FPolicy element is disconnected,

  the file screen & quota policies are not being enforced and users

  are able to save content they should not be able to.
