[ntp:security] PGP key for discussing bugs?

Thanks for the response , but Aleks and me do not have PGP keys for outgoing mails.
I'm thinking if we can use the Bugzilla comment box for the discussing of security issues.
speaking of that, Aleks ,as the bug creator from our side, still have not the authority to access the bug,
can you help on that?
