	If you go to <http://ntp.bkbits.net:8080/ntp-dev> and look up a 
changeset, you have the option of presenting that information in a 
variety of ways, including diffs (e.g., 
<http://ntp.bkbits.net:8080/ntp-dev/gnupatch@418034d3nMRkFiEoYDtGTfX4TsXAzQ>).

	If you pull up the information on a given file, you can see the 
entire history and all changesets that affect it, and again can 
present that information as a diff (see 
<http://ntp.bkbits.net:8080/ntp-dev/diffs/html/copyright.html@1.17?nav=index.html|tags|ChangeSet@1.683.14.39..|cset@1.1202.1.47|hist/html/copyright.html>).


	The only thing I'm not seeing is a way to generate a patch which 
would contain all diffs to take you from one specific tag version to 
another, or from one specific changeset to another.
