	I think that's a very good idea.  We've been tripping over this 
pretty much constantly for a long time now, and it has soaked up a 
lot of support effort on the mailing lists, newsgroup, and IRC 
channel #ntp, and yet we keep re-hashing the same old problem each 
and every time.

	I can't remember the last time I was trying to help debug an NTP 
problem that someone was having that *wasn't* related to the change 
in meaning of "notrust".
