Tim -Apples and Oranges -  you are talking about the UI and that is totally
outside of the Administrative Issues of the List - or its participation or
the processes used. Those pertain to the functioning of the Group and not
the NTP Code Workproduct per se But I also agree with you that many of the
CLI based interfaces may want to be rethought to merge those systems and
components into a single NTP Server Administrator Module per se.
