[ntp:hackers] NTP 4.2.7p98: monlist stopped working?

I have just upgraded my FreeBSD box from 8.0 to 8.1, and at the same
time I also installed the latest (as of yesterday) dev snapshot.

Since this point in time it seems like the ndtpdc monlist command has
stopped working?

Any clues? Have ntpdc -c monlist been moved into ntpq instead?
