I couldn't find a single mention of FOSDEM on this list since before
but I still think this is the right place to ask.

Will any NTP-hackers or other NTP and time/frequency interested people
be attending FOSDEM this year?

For those that aren't aware of what FOSDEM is it is "The Free and Open
source Software Developers’ European Meeting" which is held annually
in Brussels, Belgium around the beginning of February. Always a free
event (as in no registration or fee) and usually hosts many
interesting both scheduled and unscheduled talks and discussions about
software from many different communities.

This year it will occur on the weekend 2-3 of February and even
thought there is no track this year that fits NTP specifically they
are quite generic and many of them do touch topics most relevant to NTP.

For more information about the conference, see https://fosdem.org/2013/

For those that have the opportunity to attend it is a conference I
do recommend.
