Really crazy bad time; the chart is limited to show 2 seconds of “accuracy” so measurements that are worse doesn’t make the rest of the graph completely unreadable. Here’s from the csv log on one of your servers.

No; that’ll just be a drop in score — no “time offset” marker.  You’ll get a red dot right on the score line indicating that the score dropped.
