As a general rule, the fewer different configurations you have among
all the machines the better. So full-mesh peering between your
stratum 2 servers simplifies the situation. Also, if you chain the
systems, accuracy will be degraded, and the end machine on the chain
will have a stratum considerably greater than 2.
