	You should be able to use Google Groups to pull those messages 
up, or you could look at the public archives of the questions at ntp.org 
mailing list (which is a bi-directional gateway between the mailing 
list system and the USENET newsgroup comp.protocols.time.ntp) at 
<http://mailman.ntp.org/pipermail/questions/>, specifically starting 
at 
<http://mailman.ntp.org/pipermail/questions/2003-September/000546.html>.
