If you have an external reference (LORAN disciplined OCXO, Rubidium, Cesium)
then you could use the "Rubidium PC:"

A slightly less ambitious (read expensive) hack would be this TCXO:

The problem with the DS4000 is its LPBGA package makes it less than
convenient to hack around with.
Cheapest of all is to buy a dozen or so higher quality RTXO's from
an electronics distributor such as Mouser:
p/n 695-HC49US-143 (pg 530 of catalog 618)
This is a +/- 30ppm crystal that might be better than your existing
motherboard's crystal.
