	Dr. Mills has spoken many times about the fact that ntpd is used 
within the deep-space Interplanetary Internet, most recently on the 
NASA missions to Mars.  However, I don't know the specifics of the 
configurations they have used.

	I imagine that if you look around in his website, you will 
probably find way more information there on that subject than you 
ever possibly wanted to know.
