	This is why the recommended practice at large shops is to set up 
a set of Stratum 1 time servers, which feed a network of Stratum 2 
time servers.  The "regular" clients on the network *only* talk to 
the Stratum 2 time servers, and never directly to the Stratum 1 time 
servers.
