Yep "version 3" my bad and yes it's a 100 version - part of my ever growing refclock farm
(currently: TrueTime 100, GPS18lvc and TrueTime GPS-XL-DC all agreeing nicely) - you gotta love ebay.

What is interesting is my ISP just installed a GPS18lvc so I have another stratum 1 available two
hops away on the end of my DSL - this lets me accurately measure the error introduced by the
asymmetry of my 6000/608 DSL line (1.5ms)
