Symmetricom has a Linux device driver (and others) here:

http://www.symmttm.com/pdf/Bus/an_br-pci-vme-software.pdf

It's not available in source code format

I have written a device driver for FreeBSD, standard BSD open-source
license. I don't have anywhere to post it for download, but will send
a tarball (54K) of the source code files to anyone interested. It will
probably work on NetBSD and OpenBSD with a bit of fiddling.
