Try Meinberg's Time Server Monitor, which you can download at
http://www.meinberg.de/english/sw/time-server-monitor.htm
You can also use command-line tools provided in the basic distribution.
Programs ntpq and ntpdc are located in your ntpd installation directory,
in the \bin subfolder. Refer to the following pages for usage notes:
