Yes, of course. I also think the "RC1" Heiko has used for the GUI binary is
a bit misleading since it is a release candidate for the GUI installer and
not a release candidate of the NTP version included in that installer.

Of course. Heiko has made a little change for NT4 just a few days ago.
Unfortunately it seems that it's not enough, so we'll have to investigate
on this. Unfortunately Heiko is on holiday right now. 

If we find a proper solution to get it working correctly under NT4 we will
submuit the patch.
