Richard,

I have several antennas here, including Yagis, dipoles and longwires. 
Both PSTI/Traconex WWV receivers have dedicated outside longwire 
antennas and TCXOs. With the one I mentioned in my last message the DATA 
LED is lit most of the time. The receivers were made in 1988 by PSTI 
before they cashed out to Traconex. I borrowed them for testing, but 
kept them because PSTI didn't pay my consulting fees.

PSTI thought my advice on how to improve the product was impractical at 
the time. It isn't now; the proof is in the WWV audio driver.
