[ntp:questions] link error with ntp4.2.8 p10

Hi Martin,

I patched the code with the mentioned patch, but now I am seeing* cannot
open libeay32.lib*.
I was using the openssl dll compiled by us, but I tried using the compiled
one from shining light productions.

Still I am seeing this issue.

Can you please help in resolving this issue.
